Disbursement of PF settlement

Respected Sir,

This is Raju Das has resigned from ICICI Home Loans Kolkata on 15th June'2008 and have submitted all formalities regarding my PF commitment. I have already known abount my PF claim status that all documents are submitted in Mumbai PF office in the month of Jan'09. I was an employee of I-Process Services India Pvt Ltd which is a subsidiary concern of ICICI Bank Ltd.

I request to you that you take immediate steps to release my claim as earliest as possible as per rules & regulation.
