ICICI Home Loan a Silent Killer: Beware of This Bank

This bank offering very low interest during loan sanction. But as soon as loan utilised, they will start sucking blood. See in current scenarion, other banks are offering or reduced the rate at/to 10 to 10.5% but this bank has still 13%.It is very dangerous. If you have 20 Lacs Loan you will have to pay additional Rs.3000 as EMI.

Also they sanctioned all loan amount before 2 yrs and I am paying EMI but house is not handed over to me. They are jointly with builder and giving customer pain.

My sincere request all never goes to this bank. Otherwise you will suffer like me.
