Unfair interest rates

Despite Reserve Bank of India reducing their cash reserve ratio (CRR) from 9% to 5.5% in the last 2 months, ICICI has not resduced their home loan interest rates. Their PLR is still at a high of 17.25%, unchaged since August. In comparison, SBI PLR is only 13%.

This is height of unfairness on the part of ICICI.
