ICICI Home Loan
No Reduction in Interest Rates

I had taken a home loan 3 years back with 9.5% -10 %ROI and now the ROI is? I have not been informed about any change in intrest Rates by the bank. Only I ask for the provisional Certificate from the bank where i see the Interest Rate is Very high. The Bank is trying to fool the general public by Misguiding them. For any information required related to Housing loan the team doesnt have any information. Even the team dont know when the Interest Rate would be reduced. Everytime there is a change in Policy. My Opinion is that RBI should intervene into the private sector banking operations. My feeling is that Bank is trying to cover the loss due to Lehman Brothers.
