Unability to pay increased EMI in recession:- Refianancing is an option?

Hello,

I am customer with ICICI and have taken loan of about 15L consisted of 1 Home loan Top Up. Due to worst market condition i can no longer pay the EMI though i really want an other way out. It has been 2 months I haven't paid. I read in daily newspaper about refinancing. Do anybody have an elaborative idea about it and how to go for it in my circumstances. I can pay EMI of 10k in current scenario and compromise on increased tenure!

Is it feasible if ICICI can go for this?
