Rate of Interest

Sir,

I have taken Home Loan from ICICI bank (LBMUM00000787029). This is floating one. While taking the loan I had been informed by them that when rate of interest increase it will automaticaly increase & reduces with same fashion. But now these peaople are asking to pay 1.93% amount on balance amount. I did checked with them before 1 month they said that its 0.5%. Which increased without intimetion.

Now how can this be resolved? ICICI Bank is never trusted & transperent. Everything remains hidden under cover.

Please help me out.
