I had taken the Home Loan on June from ICICI Bank and subsequently had to shift to public sector bank in the next 2 years because of irregularities, disparities and total discomforting experience I was made in those years.
At the time of closure they sent me the final IT cerficate via email in a format that which was NOT readable on the computers. The reason was it was missing a font format on the systems I tried opening the file. I even wasted my time searching to download the FONT and try opening the file. After much a do, I filed a request on June 16 at the customer care (SR # 109405029), which stated the the same shall be delivered within 7 business days.
On July 1 I again called up the customer care giving reference to my service request, to my astonishment I found that the document had already been delivered to someone names - "Rakesh". However I donot have any one by that name in my family.
I am utterly dissatisfied by the approach ICICI handles it's customers and their greivences.
