Egarding not refunadable of extra money

2 years ago we have submitted cheques in sikar branch of rajasthan state but because of poor functioning of bank employees they didnot consider our cheques till 3 monts... finally we got the mail from walia&walia associates firm that situated in mumbai ..that they will take legal action against us

witout checking their process as we have submitted all 12 cheques for a year and also had enough money in the bank account but they didnot deducte and finally we paid extra fine...

2. At the same time they charged twice from us after 3 months as they considerd our cheques and deducted money from account and also told us to submit new cheques and cash for those months... mean finally they have taken twice amount for 3 months... and till now after 2 years they have not adjusted it... and they didnt give us any written statement that they will adjust it sometime... kindly notice it...
