Non updation of the paid Emi-RS 4921

Dear Sir

I am Ramanan prabhu venkata krishnan iyer want to give a complaint regarding the overdue of loan outstanding to ICICI Customer care. Sir as per the letter of icici dated 1st July 07 that my outstanding is due by 4921 Rs (of one installment) which is to be reconciled in the Vapi branch for which I had personally gone to meet the vapi bank manager named MR Ankit desai and shown the entire bank statement and he told me that it is the mistake of Bombay branch in updating the amount & even assured me that this will be taken care by updating the same in liaison with Bombay, last month also their sales representative Mr. Pinkle desai had come with the same problem and had taken the statement Xerox and said the same thing that he needed was for updating my loan account in the Bombay branch. Now apart from the issue which had been reconciled with Vapi branch, I get many calls from ICICI Bombay branch about the overdue which have not been updated till now, which really creates a bad image of the bank functioning, one guy is saying one month overdue and the other one is saying two month, the third one being the lady from collection department saying can I send my representative for collection, what is this all about, I even feel that I had committed some blunder by taking a loan from the ICICI Home loan which before three years were rated as the best bank for the home loan and now it seems to be a headche since inspite of giving the scanned document, the details are not updated since this is the issue of year 2003 shown as out standing my final request at the last is if the environment of the home loan exists like the one which is prevailing now then ifeel that the whole customer will try to withdraw from this icici home loan deptt or they will be compelled to migrate to other bank for fetching loan, since a customer like me sense an atmosphere of cheating
