NON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENT

Dear sir/madam,

This Ashish Gautam, I have taken ICICI home loan 3, 50, 000 (LAN :- LBABD00000820250), I am paying interest for home loan for the past five years regularly. On 26/07, I have requested for share certificate via REQUEST # SR73377415. Most worst thing is that, 550Rs./- was deducted for the procedure but I have not received the share certificate. Then I have again requested with REQUEST# SR74248144 to get the share certificate on dated 30/07.

Sir, you are requested to interment in the above matter to provide me the share certificate. I have tried several times on mobile no. 9898278000 at the cost of my hard pocket money. I am really frustrated after experiencing such service from ICICI (I have not expected that no one will look after the customer).

Once again, I request you to do needful in this regards.
