Holding sanction of site loan

Dear Sir,

I have submitted photocopies of documents for sanction of Home loan to Chamarajpet Branch, Bangalore. I am not satisfied with her attitude towards the customer. Ms. RuchiKhandelwal is dealing with this case. I want to hold the sanction process until my further instructions. I want to contact customer care and ask to hold this sanction process till my further instructions.
