ICICI Home Loan Sanctioned 3 yrs Back and No house in possession
ICICI Home Loan sanctioned without verification

Hi, I took the Home Loan from ICICI in April for my house. As per the agreement, bank had to disburse the loan amount phase wise depending upon the construction made. But for me the Final Disbursement made on Jan. I am paying full EMI since January. Still my house is not completed/handed over. So Builder and ICICI Bank combinely making FRAUD. Please let me know if you have any idea to sue ICICI Bank.
