Not returning documents after fore closing the loan

I had availed a Home loan from ICICI in 2004 and have bee paying the emi's regularly. Due to financial problems i had to sell the property and foreclose the loan. I had closed the loan on 30th October and till date i'm not getting any proper reply from the branch or customer service team with regard to returning my original documents. I have even escalated the matter to Avijit saha (first level escalation as mentioned in ICICI bank website) and shivakumar tadikonda (second level escalation). There is no convincing reply from these people. It is very frustrating and I really do not have an answer to my buyer. he has set a deadline for giving the documents and I have failed o honour the committements. I will have to pay back the advance amount which i received from him and paid the same to ICICI to foreclose the loan. Is ICICI going to compensate for the losses which I have suffered.
