ICICI HOUSING LOAN
NOT GIVING PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS FOR STAMPING & REGISTRATION

I have availed a Housing Loan No. NHMUM746430. Outstanding as of date is Rs.6, 50, 000 (Six Lakhs & fifty thousand only). Before disbursement of Loan ICICI Bank took indemnity from me & the seller to get the old documents (executed between seller & builder) regularise by putting up adequate stamp as per rule. Immediately, we applied to Govt. Authority for the same. They gave a date of 4th December to bring the original documents.

Now ICICI Bank came with a new rule that documents can be released only after providing collateral security to the extent of Loan outstanding. We told Bank that we are ready to pay Loan balance fully without attracting any penalty. They are not agreeing to that.
