I-mint Card Points fault Assurance

Hi,

I think these poeple from i-mint are really Making all false promises to keep all their product marketing tie ups. They just Say people buy this product and earn reward points and get rewarded. But this is not that simple as they say. All the time when u purchase from some where who is having i-mint swiping facility... firstly the swiping machine will not work. If it works they will allow you to swipe... after taht all the other flaws from their sdie starts. But if the swipe machine doesnot work then they will say swipe it next time. Then u will be assured that they will swipe it for u next time. But Never... ever.

Because Today I faced the Same situation. I was filling Petrol in my Bike here, Near a HP Petrol Pump at Marathahalli. From 2/3 months i put around Rs.3000/ petrol. But each time they say this machine is not working sir. Remind us to swipe u r card next time when u fill petrol.

At last today it was the Sixth timei fill petrol for Rs. 500/- where the machine was working. I asked one guy to swipe it for Rs.3000/- coz it was not swiped for last 6 times. They They Said we are not responsible. Another Guy came from inside... and scolded me and behave so rudely... that u never expect it. they Say We are giving this much itsa enough. What these rubbish they are saying... It's my request anyone who is using i-mint Please be aware of these things and don't let them swipe it or next time or else get some remind as proof from them to swipe it for next time. These promisses from these imint people are really false. If any one knows how can a take any action please let me know.
