ICICI Limited Money Multiplier Bond - 08MMB (Two Nos.), certificate No. 2678, was purchased on 7 December in the name of Surbhi Sarang (who wa then Minor) by Gurmit Bhalla (her grandmother). Gurmit Bhalla was the guardian.

The maturitry cheque No. 001629, dated 4 July on ICICI Bank was received in the name of Surbhi Sarang. Surbhi did not have a Bank account then. The Banak (Standard Chartered Bank, B-68, Greayer Kailash-I, New Delhi-110048) refused to credit the amount in Gurmit Bhalla's account. Consequently, the cheque remained un-collected.

Surbhi has now opened Banak Account. Savings B ank Acct no : 542202010006110, in Union Bank of India, Rolta Technology Park, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400093, IFSC: UBIN0554227.

It is requested that a new cheque may kindly be issued. It may either be sent directly to the Bank or to Gurmit Bhalla at her address: S-327, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi-110048.
