Not returning the documents

I m having an account with ICICI bank as well as has taken home loan from ICICI bank and had good experience with both of them but when i applied for a shop loan the bank showed a decline . i m ok with that but my documents and checks as well as my photographs has not been returned till now, its been more than four months. i had submitted my documents to MR.RAFAD, VASHI PLAZA, 4TH FLOOR. his
