Fake Policies imposed on me and money debited illeally from my saving account

An amount of Rs. 10, 510.35 has been deducted from my saving bank account through credit card (4477 4699 6959 7007) link towards the ICICI Lombard policies which I never opted/accepted.

When I came to know about this I conveyed my denial to accept any such policy/policies but with no action taken from ICICI Lombard.

I have also emailed to customersupport@icicilombard.com on 20 Mar with subject as "Unauthorised access of my saving account by ICICI Lombard".

Further I have emailed to insuranceonline@icicilombard.com on 25 Mar with subject “Cancellation of policies never sought and refund of money debited for these”.

When I checked the details of policy/policies (4034/FPP/03967698/00/000 and 4034/FPP/03967699/00/000) thrusted on me illegally, I noticed it is a fraud and all the details narrated in that are false/incorrect.

I also requested them to take immediate corrective action in the matter and refund my hard earned money snatched unauthorisedly from my saving bank account 000401613466 with ICICI bank.

I also requested them to immediately cancel above policies issued (without my consent/acceptance) and linked to my above mentioned credit card.

I informed my willingness to explain full details of the case in person also if a personal hearing is given to me immediately at one of their authorized center preferably in Gurgaon/Jaipur.

I am yet to hear any positive communication from them.
