No response on my insurance claim

Have lost my job since March'09... According to My icici lombard (home safe) insurance policy, in a job loss I am eligible for a 3 month home loan waiver... I hve submitted all the documents & forms duly filled together with my office letter stating that I had been asked to leave from my earlier office on account of lay off...

The documents though received by ICICI Lombard office on 16th May’09..(50 days till date) i have had no positive response from them. Have called to confirm the status of my policy at least 6-7 times..but all in vain. Inspite of all this I have been paying my EMIs on regular basis B’coz I do not want to default from my side.

It seems as if icici Lombard is just stretching the time and is trying to neglect and oversee my claim which I am eligible for, as all their documentary requisites have been fulfilled and there should be no excuse to dishonor or reject my claim.

I need a solution to my problem pls. if at all someone is listening to me..
