PF withdrawal

I was an employee of AREVA T & D Noida, India. As I resigned from the company, I want to withdraw my PF amount for some urgent personal matters. As per the information from the company, my EPF claim has been submitted to the delhi, Nehru place office on 09.07.2010. The EPFO is giving the information that, they still haven't received that. The newly launched grievance portal in the EPFO website is not working. Currenlty Iam in UAE. Being a citizen of india, I expect better service from the government organaisations of my home country.
