Dear Sir//Madam,
In the month of March I got a call from ICICI Lombard General Insurance co. from delhi office. Some Ms. Sunaina from No. 011-30935550 explained me a health insurance plan and I accept the same on various repeated call from her side for myself, and for my spouse & daughter. For payment of my policy premium I opt EMI option but when i received my credit card statement full premium amount was reflected in my credit card statement. Since 01.04. i am regularly trying to contact Mr. Jai Mishra (Mobile - 09873918992) and Ms. Sunaina but nobody is picking my phone, and whenever they attend my call they had only one answer that is “ we are looking into the matter and will soon call you”, but till date nobody called me.
Before this I was a regular bill payer of my credit card but now because of these errors done by ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE Co. I had became defaulter in payment of my credit card bill.
I also mail my problem to the customer care, but customer care is absolute careless.
I also mail my problem to Ms. Preeti Lochan, Manager - Service Quality, but she must also has no time to care about customer grievance.
I also mail my problem to Mr. Nilesh Kumar, Corporate Manager - Service Quality, but he must also has no time to care about customer grievance.
Now I am putting the matter before you, and also request you to look into the matter immediately and to take appropriate action against the guilty.
I also do not get Health care card of my wife Rachita Sharma.
I also do not get Complete check up coupen as promised by the company.
