Misleading by Insurance Agent on Housing Loan Insurance Scheme

POLICY NO. 4065/ICICI-HSP/1228289/00/000 AND 4013/ICICI-HSP/172322/00/000 have been allotted to the undersigned on false promises by the ICICI Mysore Agent that the premium will be 300/- p.m. However, at actuals I had to pay 54450/- approx. for the above above 2 policies for a period of 5 yrs. Moreover, when I requested for cancellation of one policy, to the ICICILombard helpdesk, both the policies were cancelled.
