Telemarket cheating

I have got the policy now but it is so fustrating for me that they have cheated me, they have said all the false statement that they can say to sell a product, the company is not admiring this the company has a cheated sell at last, they need a profit how come, first they said no extra charges will be applicable and hence they debited an extra transaction & tax charges from my credit card, second they have said that if u just miss call on this no. 28036353, we will call u back in minutes but now the phone is only ringing, third they said u r insurance will be covered in emi's but i got a message from icicibank that it cannot be converted, so where should i call now if i go for cancellation they charge 850 rs. its around a cheating free cheating of around a 1000 bugs if i cancel the insurance, on the call i was confirming everything but there was all false things going on, they have cheated me, so please u people dont go for such things. they r bad, thank u
