Eimbursement claim is not settle

Hi,

My icici lombord mediclaim policy no is 4034/CHT/03518946/00/000

I send complete medical paper and forms for reimbursement of patient Ms Nida Khan when I check with TTK third party of icici lombord mediclaim they told me there is short of paper.

they trying to harass me to leave my claim.

Please help me to reimburse my claim as soon as possible.it is already two month passed
