ICICI Minisilver Credit Card
Non delivery of courier packet

ICICI Bank had sent me a courier of Credit Card (AWB319045985) to my address -Azad Nagar, Near Brahmand Complex (provided by me for their records). The said address is of my in-laws. However, I and my husband are staying separately at Kasarvadavali, and since no one is at my place to receive any courier, all our correspondence is delivered at my in-laws' place. The said courier was not delivered to my father-in-law since he could not provide my ID proof. I, therefore called the concerned courier office on 25441008, who told me to contact the customer service centre on 31002222. However, when I called the customer service, i was not attended at all - I kept holding the call for 9 minutes and no one attended my call. This is a very disgusting and unexpected as the customer service can't keep the customer holding for so long.

Would request to look into the delivery of the courier to my in-laws address i.e. B-7/403, Swastik Park, Azad Nagar, Near Brahmand Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (W) - 400 607 and take action about customer service.
