Delay and poor service

I placed the request fro transfer of fund on Sept 30th and money was sent to the receiving bank on Oct 8th. Does it take that long to transfer the fund. I am using Citibank services for long time. There service is much faster and relaible. Why will some one will switch to your poor service?

Somehow receiving bank rejected the draft, but ICICI has not sent me any message about this till today that is Oct 11th.. On Oct 11th, I logged in to see the details of transection and surprised to see that draft has been rejected by bank.

We don't know what is their criteria for applying the exchange rate. On Sept 30th it was Rs48 but transection posted to my account is Rs 45 .There should be some clear guide line for that.

Its been more than 11 days and transection is not completed till now.
