NRi Services is not good

I opened new NRI account in icici bank in India on sep.the bank has send the cheque book and ATM card to my abroad address.but till the date i didn't receive ATM and internet banking documents.they told me " we send all related documents via normal postal".who will send the Banking related important documents via normal postal???as same time they have send the statement to me.no more definition in account details with some hidden changes.so plz considered any NEW NRi account in icici at any branch.
