ICICI online Bill payment option
Fraud in online Bill payment

Dear Sir,

I had paid the premium of two LIC policies on 17-feb-08 through online bill payment option. Before completing the transaction, i got the timed out error but the amount was debited from my ICICI saving account. LIC have not received the amount whereas it has been debitted from my account. I logged a complaint and sent four reminders utill 5th march, but nothing has happened. I had to submit the premium receipt to IT dept for Tax benifits which i cudn't do it because of this delay.

kindly suggest me the solution to draw there attension towards my matter.
