ICICI Personal loam
False and no transparency in information provided

I took a personal loan from ICICI, where i was told that my EMI would be 6121 every month, later i got to know that there is a service tax added to each EMI every month which makes the total amount to 6400, which means i pay almost 300 Rs extra for which no info is provided to me by the agent who gave me this loan.

also i was told that while foreclosing i will only have to pay 3% foreclosure charges, later they added again a service tax one month extra interest. They in any case took the processing fee and service tax when the loan started. On asking, they are giving me some shit clarifications which a lay man can never understand. If you talk to their helpline, the executives will disconnect the call if they cant clarify your doubts. I am in any case launching a complaint in the consumer court against ICICI, but telling all who read this topic, that NEVER EVER DO ANY TRANSACTION WITH ICICI IN YOUR LIFE. JUST GO FOR ANY OTHER BANK BUT NOT ICICI.
