The payment for EMI has been ALREADY MADE from ACCOUNT NUMBER 12151 of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH-FEROZEPUR CANTT, PUNJAB on DECEMBER 5. The transaction amount was Rs. 3151. I have been continuously receiving calls from your Delhi office that the payment has not been made and they have been sending their recovery agents at my place without any cause. The DETAILED STATEMENT carrying Payment Details have been TWICE provided to the different recovery agents sent by your bank. Please RE-CORRECT your Management Information System/Person Concerned about the payment which has already been made for the Personal Loan Account number LPFER00005467470 and take the suitable action regarding the above stated problem.
