Cheating on Rate of Interest and 1 month delay on disbursing Loan amount

Its the Worst thing i have ever seen!
ICICI people are cheats... some one called Mansha - promised me 14% interest rate. and called 10 times a day for 10 days for information and said not possible to give loan, then i mailed to icici officials and again some other agency people called me and asked for some extra documents, after that can you imagine, every day when i called them (Ruchi / Nilesh) they used to say, you have not got your loan amount credited yet to your account, give me half an hour i will check it out - this drama went on for 10 or more days. then they credited the amount, after 1 month of struggle, the agency person SMSed me some xxxx amount as EMI / at the same time i got a letter from the bank for some other xxxx amount as an EMI. both showing diff amounts. Hell with ICICI bank Personal Loan.
i strongly recomment DONT go for it, its disgusting.
