Security cheques not returned

Personal Loan, mis-sold, documents & cheques not returned after cancellation.

Applied for PL in Nov. All documents, proofs, financial details and "SECURITY CHEQUES" submitted by December (step by step) through Mr Vikas @ Ken Concepts, New Delhi

Forget the loan. After canceling the application ICICI has not even returned anything to me. Call customer care 20 times (the call will keep looping in some pathetic IVR). If you are in good luck that day, somebody will pick the call finally. You get an answer "we have forwarded your request". Wait for eternity to get a response from ICICI.

Totally frustrated with pathetic service of ICICI

Looking for help, how I can get these (censored the actual word) idiots to return my cheques.
