ICICI Platinum Card
Card not recieved but still sending bill for outstanding amount

I am an ICICI credit card holder my existing card no.4629XXXXXXXX5009.Recently ICICI Bank send another card which refused to accept from courier. Now from may onwards they charged me Rs 2500 as subcription plus late fee of Rs 600 service charge Rs 61.00 for the card which I refused. I have raised coplaint several times in last three months but no communication recieved so far from the bank.
