Not giving welcomekit

Dear sir,

my unit manager was mr. vivek kumar gupta, to whom i gave Rs.1000 to participate in irda exam and my exam was 0n 6th of April. i have pass out in the exam before that v.k.gupta (U.M.) left the company my new u.m. Mr. arif is having my welcome kit and not giving to me and saying that bring 2-3 policy then i will give it 2 u. then i approach to s.m. mr. vivek singh, he also said in same manner also said i will not give it 2 u in case u bring some cases (policy) or do what u can.

sir, help me and advice me what 2 do
