A new ICICI prudential policy has been taken in my name without my knowledge or my signature.
The amount for the same has been deducted from my ICICI bank credit card. The policy was created on 14 September. Now they are not ready to either cancel the policy or reveal me the policy no.
I am asked to go to nearest office to enquire about the same.
I did not get any intimation about the policy being taken or the money being deducted.
