2 payments against a single premium

I had made a payment of Rs.15, 000 against the Renewel of my ICICI Prulife policy but i had received receipts only for Rs.13, 500. I posted them the same case twice and again they have posted me the same receipts. In a telephonic conversation with them they said the Rs.1500 is balance with them and will be adjusted in next payment, they said the amount will not debited form my account but again the amount Rs.1500 was withdrawn from my ICICI account through ECS and also they have adjusted the Rs.1500 amount for the same month.
