Damaged C.D. and wrong consignment which is not ordered

I received your consignment of 3 cd pack worth Rs.500.00 today (my membership no is ITBC 08356897) but all the c.d.'s are damaged and scrached and this is the wrong consignment which is not ordered by me instead of it i ordered only Rs.200 which include 2 britannica encyclopidea with hatch bag... plz... change it or send me the right consignment which i ordered with return of my balance money i'll send back the consignment today otherwise i'll not order again in future neither i suggest to anyone about your book club, please do the needful.
