Sub: Non payment of declared devident- folio no: 1660269 /46.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very disappointed and sad by the way ICICI Prudential’s sevice provided to customer. I have mutual fund account and My Infrastructure fund declared devident by the month of March. But, the devident has not been credited into ac sofar.
Regarding this I contacted customer service (call center) by mail and phone several times. I was told the same story and then concluded that they would get back to me in 2 working days. At one time, recently, I bursted out and asked the lady who attended the phon to provide contact of superior to make complaint on the customer service. Though I was insisting her for more than 10 min, she refused to provide any details of superior and simply put down the phone. I am keeping on calling right from month devident declared.
I have never come across such worst service in my expericence. It seems, there is no proper follow up as the different people attend when ever we equire on the issue. When first time I called I was given with complaint no. But, this is no point unless the person attend the call or mail really put effort to solve the issue soon. it seems they simply record the customer call then put it aside to let other people solve.
I hope to receive useful reply on the issue.
