Dear Concern,

I want to write about a problem with icici prodential, on telephonic approval for a health policy (09525059) on 30th july. I have yet to receive phyical hard copy of policy and they have blocked my credit card (5176537197540006) amount for rupees 4768.00 were they committed for health check up as well as the treatment cost but when i called up prodential on their toll free no. they stated diffrent version for my policy, i want to be withdraw my policy.

but not getting any help from icici prodential.
