Dear sir,

I (Puneet Kalra) would like to bring your notice on the incident which were reported by Gwalior police on... 11/02...

I was offered a policy (CANCER CARE POLICY NO 03489609) by Vipin Bhamri on.27 SEP 2006.

I was being called by Gwalior police to address the fraud issue which happened from that account and where I was not involved at all. It may affect my personal and professional relationship and I may be in a situation where I need to take sincere action.

Please consider this as a high priority issue and I would appreciate if somebody from ICICI PRUDENTIAL could contact me immediately to resolve the issue. I also reported this incident to ICICI PRUDENTIAL Manager (mr. kamal singh tomar) Gwalior but I am not sure if he understands the criticality of the issue and the loss which I may need to bear due to this incident.
