ICICI prudential crisis cover policy
Ond not recieved till today

Dear sir,

I had taken two crisis cover policies from your bank last year. One was mine and the other was of my brother but i had not recieved any bond from the bank.

My policy no. is 10886891 and the other policy no. is CR28661364.

I had requested the ICICI prudential branch of SAHARANPUR on 9th july. They said methat they had forward my request for the bond and I will recieve the bond within 3 days.

After this I again went to the branch on 23rd july and again tell them to forward the request.

But I think that was of no use and till today I had not recieved any bond from the bank.
