Dear sir,

This is with reference to draw your attention towards the PF withdrawal form which i have submitted 6 months back send to your mailing address stating my icici bank a/c 033301501147, for my employee id -500413, left the company as Senior agency manager, but no revert on the same has been received till date.how can i view the status of the same. Further the company has not even send my form 16 for last year i think which is of no use for the company to keep the same with them. Kindly reslove my query kindly mail your response to my above mention email id.
