Icici prudential policy
Not able to receive monthly premium receipts from past 6 months

Hi

this is kausar, would like to bring ur notice that i have not received icici prudential premium receipts from last six months inspite of calling customer service number there is no action taken for my complaint.

i have not received premium receipt of feb march april may june july august...

i m fed up with ur service n next time i will make sure that i will never purchase policy from ICICI.

plz do the needful as soon as possible or else i have to sue ur company for not providing proper service
