Refuse to claim the hospital exp

Dear Sir,

I was operated for cellilus abdomen in Bathinda at CHAHAL Hospital at Bathinda (Punjab) on 05/10/09 .But after one day of operation my healrh become crirtical due to infection was inceared in whole bodyand TLC was increased to 42K counts and my kidney's stopped functioning and i was refffered in emergeny to the DMC hospital on 7/10/09

There i was applied for cashless facility but co denies to pay the hospital diagnose exp and medicine exp and not ready to pay more then 1000/- per day

i have policy in the name of Shashi Bala policy no 09370469 from ICICI PRULIFE . i
