Money withdrawal from Saving account in lieu of credit card

I am holding an ICICI salary account at Andheri branch A/c no.001101050906.One day i was surprised to find my acct. being deducted of approx Rs.12, 000/-.I enquired with the bank, for which they replied that it is the credit card payment. I told them that Ido not posess a credit card of any bank. They made me run from pillar to post without giving me any proofs of the said credit card, either signed application form, courier reciepts, etc. Its one year and the bank is doing nothing about it. Can u help me in this regards?
