ICICI SAVING ACCOUNT
AMOUNT DEBITTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

Dear,

As i am having a saving account in ICICI Bank they have debited 13000/- Rs. from my account saying that i have used 6000/- Rs. 2.5 Yrs. back through my credit card and rest is pannelty.

No call or mail in last 2.5 Yrs. and suddenly amount debitted from my account. This is worst and how can i say that over amount is safe in bank accounts. I am working in MINDA Group of companies and i have already converted one company account from ICICI to HDFC.But i want my money back which ICICI has taken without any proof so i need your help.
