AMOUNT WRONG TRANSACTION

Daer sir,

i K Kishore Kumar, i am online transfered amount unknown account amount of Rs.3500/- on dated 15th of October my account no is 007501010083 (S R Nagar Branch) transfered account is 004001541766 (madhapur branch) account holder name Sunit Jaswal (9949902168). so many times called to him his response is some time he told to me iam busy unable to check my account, some times my debit card pin no. lost and last call he told me my card is lost. iam given complaint letter given S R Nagar branch manager.

plz help me how can i retrieve my amount.
