ICICI to BOM - NEFT Issue

I have transfered the Amount of Rs.35, 000/- from my ICICI Account towards M/s Uday Constructions whose account is with Bank of Maharashtra - Nigdi Pune branch against which ICICI had given me the RBI ref ID as 82509367. This transaction was done on 24th Nov but till as of day the money has not been transfered yet. As per ICICI, they have successfully transfered the money to RBI. As per BOM, they have not received anything from RBI. Where should we go now? Pl help.
