I have noticed that ICICI VBP is charging my credit card for the bill pay services. I was told when I started this service that it is a FREE service, then how come ICICI start charging for the service without informing the customer?? This is a case of cheating with the customer and can be brought to the notice of Consumer Forum. Audience please agree or agree.
