Icici visa bank credit card
Undue charges

On my credit card the bank is just charging the late payment charges and service tax thereon, even though they are not giving any service like bill pay etc., from last six months. even i have sent them a sms to cancell my cards if they r not in a position to pay or give service requested to them. I have never used PIN no. and without that they are not taking any complaint on their service number.
